Les Shively Named Vanderburgh Superior Court Judge

Les Shively has been appointed as judge of the Vanderburgh Superior Court. Shively has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years and served as a member of the Indiana State Board of Law Examiners for 10 years. Today, Governor Daniels announced Shively will replace Judge David Kiely. No word yet on when the transition will be made.
