Indiana's oldest living former governor will be honored over the weekend with the dedication of a bust of him at the State House. The bust of Governor Ed Whitcomb will be unveiled Sunday. Governor-Elect Mike Pence will take part in the ceremony, a day before he's sworn into office. Whitcom turned 95 in November. He was a Japanese prisoner of war during World War II and Indiana's Secretary of State before being elected governor in 1968 and serving four years in office.
