Scam Alert: Person Posing as a Family Member

We're keeping you up to date on some recent phone scams circulating in the Tri-State. Tonight, Evansville Police want you to be aware of a scammer posing as a family member, then asking for money. Often times, these kinds of calls come from a foreign country, making them hard to trace. Officers want to remind you never to give out any personal or financial information over the phone.
