Water Rescue in Mt. Vernon

Emergency crews in Posey County rescue several people after their truck overturned in high water.
It happened on the west side of Mt. Vernon early Monday morning. Officials say a pickup with four people inside tried to drive through high water on Raben Road, between Ranes and Curtis Roads about 4a.m.
The truck tipped over on its side, but crews responded and were able to pull them to safety.
None of passengers had to be taken to the hospital.
