Back to the Basics

Tony Maslan from CustomFit say most people have already given up on their New Year's Resolution, primarily because of two things:

1) they don't have an accountability partner
2) they aren't sure what to do when they get in the gym

Focus on the fundamentals: Press, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Carry

Find someone to teach you proper techniques:

Worry about the technique of the exercise first, the number of repetitions you do second, and the amount of weight you use last.

Fundamentals of Strength Training

Saturday  8am

CK Newsome Center

Part of Mayor Winnecke's Energize Evansville program.

It is free to the public.

Fundamentals of Strength Training and Fundamentals of Boxing for fitness will be from 8am-9am followed by a boot camp style workout at 9am.
