An Evansville man parks in a no-parking zone at a gas station in Oakland City. When police went to ask him to move, they say they say he had warrants for his arrest and drugs in his pockets. 35-year-old Timothy Haggard is now facing several drug charges. Officers say they found he had bags of meth and some pills in his front pocket. They also found a backpack behind his seat that had more meth and things used to make it. Haggard is now in the Gibson County Jail.
