IN Cursive Writing Bill to be Voted on Wednesday

An Indiana State Senate committee is scheduled to vote on a cursive writing bill on Wednesday.
The Indiana Senate Education Committee delayed the bill requiring the penmanship skill be taught in public schools last week.
Although many schools say they still teach cursive writing, it is no longer a requirement.
The same committee is expected to vote on the controversial school voucher program as well.
