Charges Expected in Boonville Middle School Spying Case

Warrick County officials expect charges to be filed in the case of a former Boonville teacher who they say was spying on his colleagues.
Andrew Emmons used to teach at Boonville Middle School. Authorities say they found a camera belonging to him inside the women's faculty bathroom.
Boonville Police Chief Daryl Saltzman says his team sent all of the information from their investigation to the prosecutor about a month ago, and expects formal charges to be filed against Emmons sometime this week.
Emmons resigned his position in October.
