The Executive Inn in Vincennes will live to see another day. City officials were scheduled to award bids Monday to demolish the structure, but that has been put off until court proceedings involving the hotel are complete. The city calls the building an eyesore and believe it is a threat to public safety. The building's owner disagrees and has gone to court to keep the hotel standing.
