Indiana lawmakers hoping to allow stores to sell alcohol on Sunday face opposition from liquor store owners. The legislature is considering two bills that would change a current law restricting Sunday alcohol sales to restaurants, bars, breweries, and wineries. Owners also worry people would buy alcohol at grocery stores more instead of liquor stores.
