    While the Harbaugh brothers will be battling it out on the football field, millions of Americans will be battling to get the best snacks.  Chicken wings are always a game-day staple, but last summer's drought has some fearing a shortage.  And chickens around the Tri-State are walking on eggshells, waiting for their numbers to be called.
