Evansville Man Arrested on Drug Charges

An Evansville man is behind bars, facing narcotics charges.
Authorities say Gwayne Scott, Junior was dealing marijuana while on house arrest on Covert Avenue.
Sheriff's deputies say as they were searching the home, Scott told them he had a gun, which they say turned out to be stolen. They say they also found marijuana in Scott's bedroom. Deputies say they also discovered nearly 10-thousand dollars in cash.
Scott is being held on 15-hundred dollars bond.
