Death Investigation
(Union County) On Wednesday, April 09, 2008 the Kentucky State Police
Arson Investigator Mark Boaz was dispatched to a fatal house fire in
Uniontown, KY. At approximately 1:53 AM a fire was discovered at 817 5th
Street in Uniontown. The body of Bryon Pemberton age 33 was found inside
the residence. Uniontown Fire and Rescue, Union County Fire and Rescue
and the Whispering Meadows Volunteer Fire Department responded to
the scene. The Kentucky State Fire Marshalls Office and the Kentucky State
Police are investigating. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday, April 10,
2008 at the Kentucky State Medical Examiners Office in Louisville. The
investigation is continuing.
