20-year-old Zaveral "Zay" Jackson was charged with second-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment, for allegedly hitting a man with his car in a Walmart parking lot in September. Police say the incident occurred following an argument with the victim.
Under the plea deal, Jackson will serve 60 days, including 11 days credit for time served. He will then be on supervised probation for three years.
