Kentucky lawmakers introduce new legislation to toughen the commonwealth's gun laws. The bill proposes banning firearms at colleges and universities. It also would require judges to require people found guilty by reason of insanity to surrender their firearms because they are prohibited to have them. The two lawmakers, however, say the bill has little chance of passing this year since Kentucky has a long history of dropping gun control bills.
