One Injured in Henderson County Accident

The Henderson County Sheriffs Office says Jace Lovern, 29, lost control of his Nissan Pathfinder, rolled over three times, and ended up in a field. It happened around 8:45 PM Saturday. Witnesses tell deputies the driver was speeding and driving recklessly before the wreck. The road was shut down for 90 miinutes while crews were on scene.
Deputies say Lovern was wearing a seatbelt and alcohol was a factor in the accident. Deputies also say they will seek criminal charges against the driver.
