Prosecutors in Marion County, Indiana filed charges Thursday against Bruce Mendenhall, the suspected serial killer from southern Illinois. The Albion truck driver is linked to the death of Carma Purpura, a mother of two, who was last seen at an Indianapolis truck stop in July. Her body hasn't been found. Thursday morning, the Marion County Prosecutor said tests show blood found in Mendenhall's semi truck match Purpura's parents with near-certainty. Police also found her ATM card and cell phone in the truck's cab. Mendenhall has also been charged in two other killings in Tennessee and one in Alabama.
