An update on a fatal crash from last October in the Tri-State. Tonight, we learn the driver that survived the accident is now charged with murder. Kentucky State Police say 45-year-old Kevin Frame is facing one count of murder, operating a vehicle under the influence, and wanton endangerment. Police say Frame crossed the center line on Kentucky 2713 in Ohio County and hit a van driven by Michael Kassinger. Kassinger died at the scene. Three people in his vehicle were hurt. The Ohio County Grand Jury recently indicted Frame in the crash. Those warrants were served today.
