Kentucky Senators Reviewing Height Requirement for Booster Seats

Senators in Kentucky are thinking about changing the booster seat requirement. Right now, children must use the seats until they reach 53 inches tall or until they are seven years old. This new proposal passed in the House would change the requirement for children under 57 inches or younger than nine to ride in booster seats. Illinois and Indiana already follow this proposed rule.
