Nearly a dozen teenagers are in trouble with the law after an Evansville party. Indiana State Excise Police say 11 minors were arrested early Sunday morning for underage drinking at a home on S. Fuquay Rd. Two of the teenagers had blood alcohol levels higher than .16. State excise police say a 17-year-old cited for underage drinking was also caught by the same officer for juvenile tobacco possession eight hours before the arrests.
