Family Asking For Help Burying Murder Victim

By: Michael C. Fehn
Updated: February 25, 2013
The family of an Evansville murder victim says they can't afford to bury their loved one.

Toni Smith was found dead in her home on Friday
Autopsy results show Smith died from a stab wound, and police say the man responsible is David Royalty.

Smith's daughter, Keri Jones, says the family has no money to conduct a funeral service or to bury Toni, so they are asking the public for help.

Anyone interested in helping out may make a donation at any 5/3 bank location.

David Royalty, who is Smith's nephew, is due in court Monday afternoon.
