Patients looking to get help from the Med 1st on Washington Avenue in Evansville were turned away Tuesday.

That's because the DEA and Medicad Task Force were at the medical center serving warrants at the pain management clinic.  Right now, there's no word on what they were searching for.

Patients that were turned away were told to check back at 3:00p.m. to reschedule their appointments.

We'll continue to follow this story and bring you updates as they become available.

Shut that place DOWN !! They are robbing medicaid and HIP and other insurance companies by giving useless treatments and prescribing pain killers to people who DON'T truly need them. I know, I use to go there!! Fortunately I am drug free now ! Many who go there are simply making up stuff to receive pain killers, they will even get the injections simply to get pills!!!
