Demolition of Sharon Place Now Complete

The Sharon Place demolition in Newburgh is now complete. The next step will be to construct a timeline for rebuilding.
The shopping complex caught fire back in November, destroying nine businesses and a church.
Verville Construction, which tore down what was left, says it hopes to be a part of building the new complex.
Crews finished the demolition on time, and say weather never slowed their progress.
Many owners we talked to hope to start over in the same spot, but there is no word from complex owner Stan Brown on a possible construction date.
