A traffic stop turns into a drug arrest in Knox County. An Indiana State Trooper pulled over 22-year-old Jeremy Cooper of Vincennes for speeding and disregarding a railroad signal. 21-year-old Damon Kemp of Cannelberg was riding in the passenger's seat. While talking to the two, the trooper noticed an odor. After searching the vehicle, a small amount of meth was found between the front passenger seat and front door. Cooper and Kemp were taken to Knox County Jail on drug possession charges.
