Baseball Group Makes Changes Following Theft Accusations

A little league in Posey County says they're making big changes following accusations that a treasurer stole thousands of dollars from the group's bank accounts.

Adam Bauman was arrested earlier this week after investigators say he left the league with only 45 dollars.

Now, league leaders say they have new rules to prevent crimes like this from happening.

a new statement this morning says in part, "The board realized things needed to be different.  It increased from ten to twenty-five members and now holds monthly meetings.  The new board brought new ideas including overhauling the by-laws and implementing a new accounting system that has multiple checks and balances to assure that every dollar is accounted for."
