Police say they are still investigating a Friday night shooting in Owensboro, and so far no charges have been filed. The shooting happened around 10:00 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Hale Ave. Police say 41-year-old Thomas Howe and 58-year-old Robert Niemeier got into an argument, and shots were fired. Niemeier was released from Owensboro Health Regional Hospital Saturday. Howe is still in critical condition after being shot multiple times.
