Owensboro to Unveil New D.A.R.E. Vehicle Thursday

Police officials in Owensboro will reveal their department's new D.A.R.E. vehicle Thursday.
D.A.R.E. stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. It's a police officer led series of classroom lessons that teaches children how to resist peer pressure and live productive drug and violence-free lives.
The event is scheduled for 3:45 at the H.L. Neblett Community Center.
