Did the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles overcharge millions of Hoosiers for their driver's licenses? A lawsuit filed today claims the BMV added fees in 2007 that were more than what the Indiana General Assemby had approved. The suit asks that the money be returned and the agency stop charging the fees. The BMV says the agency was not aware of the lawsuit until it was filed today and won't comment on it until it has had time to review the filing.
