The Evansville air show appears to be safe, and it looks like the Blue Angels will still make an appearance in the River City. Organizers of the Hadi Shriners Rest say they haven't gotten a cancellation from the jet performance team. Spokesman Dale Thomas says the team told organizers they were going to cancel their April shows but keep other dates after that. Thomas says they've already lined up five other acts and are negotiating with two more. And even if the Blue Angels have to cancel, the air show will go on as scheduled in July.
