Indiana Customers Urged to Contact Vectren on Special Paying Arraignments

Winter's almost over, and a warning for low income families in southwest
Indiana. If you don't have your power bill paid up, you'll be cut off.
Vectren says the law that requires them to keep power on for low-income
families through the Winter expires Friday. The company says they have
several billing arrangements available to help customers with disconnect
notices, but you must call Vectren to start one of those programs
before Friday.
