Kentucky Trying to Crack Down on Texting and Driving

Has the no texting ban in Kentucky made a difference since it became law two years ago? Police and prosecutors say it's nearly impossible to enforce. Over 900 charges have been brought since the ban went into effect. 25 percent were dismissed and 63 percent were convicted. In the two years since ban was passed, statistics show only a slight drop in crashes due to distracted driving.
