Hundreds Rally For Expansion of School Voucher Program

Indiana lawmakers are considering a bill that would expand the private school voucher program.
Hundreds rallied for the expansion in Indianapolis on Monday. Governor Mike Pence, several lawmakers, and former Indiana Pacer, Jalen Rose spoke at the Statehouse.
Many of the people in attendance were from private and charter schools.
A bill approved by the Indiana House would allow kindergartners and some other children to be eligible without first spending a year in public schools.
