The murder trial of an Evansville man continues on Tuesday.

Testimony started Monday in the trial of Ted Mueller, Junior.  Police say Mueller shot and killed Cedric Watt last September on Delaware street in Evansville.

Police say Mueller and another man, Christopher Bell, were going to buy pot from Watt, when the shooting occurred.

A jury was seated on Monday, and prosecutors called their first witnesses.
