Commonwealth Attorney Possibly Filing Charges in Owensboro Shooting

The case of a double shooting in Owensboro is now with the Commonwealth Attorney's Office. On March 1, police say an argument got out of hand inside an apartment on Hale Ave. Both men involved, 41-year-old Thomas Howe and 58-year-old Robert Niemeier, were shot. Investigators say it will be up to the commonwealth attorney whether to file charges in the case.
