Accused Colorado Movie Theater Gunman Returns to Court

A not guilty plea is entered on James Holmes' behalf today. The defense team for the man charged with a deadly movie theater shooting says he is not ready to enter one. Holmes was in the Denver area courtroom today but sat silently through the proceedings. Prosecutors plan to announce whether they'll seek the death penalty at an April 1, hearing. Holmes is charged with multiple counts of murder and attempted murder in the July 20, attack at an Aurora movie theater that killed 12 people and injured 70.
