Final Charge Dropped in Evansville Murder Trial

The man found not-guilty in the death of Mark Golike is asking for some of his things back that were taken as evidence. Golike's body was found in the Ohio River near the Twin Bridges back in June. As we first reported last week, a jury found William Hurt not guilty in Golike's murder. Today, a Vanderburgh County judge dismisses the final charge of obstruction of justice. Hurt then asked the judge for his cell phone and wallet back. Both were held as evidence. Since the investigation is still open, the judge says Hurt probably won't get his phone back.
