Unexploded Military Round Found Near Morganfield

For the second time in two weeks a Dangerous Unexploded military round has been turned in to the Morganfield Police Department. On April 6th 2008 a Young scout brought in to the Morganfield Police Department a Red Phosphorus Rifle grenade he found out in the Higginson Henry Wildlife Area. That round which has a Small warhead designed to spread burning red phosphorous upon impact was destroyed by the Ft. Campbell Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit on April 7th.
