Weather is being blamed for a traffic accident that claimed one life in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. State police say 19-year-old Tiffany Boyd of Greenville hydroplaned on a wet section of U.S. 431 near Drakesboro around 6:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. Her car ran off the road and flipped twice. She was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say she was not wearing a seatbelt.
