Camm Case to State Supreme Court

Attorneys for former Indiana State Trooper David Camm made their case on why David Camms murder conviction should be overturned. The attorneys made their arguments in front of the Indiana Supreme Court. They say Camm did not receive a fair trail because prosecutors were allowed to argue Camm killed his family to cover up the molestation of one of his children, even though they say the evidence did not support the claim. A jury found Camm guilty of the murders when the case was heard in Warrick County. Camms first conviction was overturned due to pre-trial publicity.
