Two cases of alleged misconduct at the election polls will go to a grand jury.
Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Stan Levco says he will call a grand jury June 12th to decide what, if any, charges will be filed against Kim Minor, Leonard Collins and Louise Williams.
A FOX 7 camera caught Minor declaring "this is Obamas house" and asking "who in here is voting for Obama?" at a polling place on Election day.
Leonard Collins is believed to be heard on the tape declaring "this is McCains house".
State law prohibits electioneering within 50 feet of a polling place.
Louise Williams is accused of removing an absentee ballot in which the voter did not vote in the race for president, marking Obamas name and then turning in the ballot.
