Concession Thefts

A string of robberies at Plaza Park in Evansville is costing the Youth Baseball League about $1000. The concession stands are in plain view from the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Martin Lane. However, in the past few weeks, theyve had at least six break ins. Thieves have taken food and cash and have even vandalized the building on their way out. Police say this type of robbery is unfortunately fairly common. Plaza Parks Booster Club is stepping up security and offering a one hundred dollar reward to anyone with information leading them toward the thief.
