Previous Allegations Against Election Fraud Suspect

A woman accused of marking the ballot of a nursing home resident on Election Day allegedly has a history of this type of controversy.
Louise Williams case is set to go before the grand jury.
Its something the accused is familiar with.
Former County Clerk Marsha Abell says Williams was involved in a case during the 2003 Mayoral election, where several absentee applications were found to have errors, although no charges were ever filed against her.
Abell says every time an election comes around, Williams name seems to come up.
Democratic Chairman Mark Owen says Williams is an asset to the party and the allegations are just a vicious attack by the GOP.
