Homicide Investigation

Indiana State Police launch a death investigation in Gibson County. This after a 65 year old man was found dead in his Somerville home. Fox 7 was the only camera on the scene Saturday afternoon as police tried to piece together what happened.
According to a report, 65-year-old Bill Earle was found dead in his home Friday afternoon. Family members tell Fox 7, Earle was at his home alone, when his oldest son and daughter-in-law stopped by for a visit. Thats when they found the body.
Police have reports of gun fire and say foul play is suspected. K-9 units patrolled the area Saturday, but an arrest has not been made.
It is unclear if anything was stolen from the home at this time. An autopsy was preformed Saturday afternoon in Evansville.
