Berry Plastics Expanding

You usually hear about jobs leaving the area, but Thursday, an internationally recognized company based right here in Evansville announced its expanding. Berry Plastics is building a new 600,000 square foot facility on Evansvilles northside.. near Evansville Regional Airport. 49 jobs will be created with the expansion. The construction should start as soon as all the plans are finalized. The company is working with the Federal Aviation Administration to get final approval to start building on the land.
