Jasper Police are asking for your help finding an accused felon who escaped from custody. They're looking for 24 year old Darby Hape. He's a white male about 5' 11", 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police say they obtained an arrest warrant today on several charges, including escape, drugs, habitual traffic violations, battery on law enforcement and resisting law enforcement. Officers stopped Hape last week for driving a car with a false license plate. He took off and was caught in a nearby home, but escaped police again through a second story window. Police believe he could be armed and dangerous. If you have any information, call the authorities.
