The girls who died in an Earlington, Kentucky house fire - died from smoke inhalation.
The state medical examiner released the report Thursday.
The fire happened at 205 new arnold road just before 11 Wednesday morning. Three-year-old Alexandria Starks and her two-year-old sister Abby Starks died in the fire.
The childrens grandmother told police smoke poured out of the room when she opened the door to their bedroom.
No one else was injured in the blaze.
Friends have set up an account for the family.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
