Woman Sues Victorias Secret, Claiming Underwear Injury
A Los Angeles woman is suing underwear giant Victorias Secret for an alleged thong injury.
SmokingGun.com reports the g-string lawsuit claims Macrida Patterson was putting on a pair of panties when a decorative metallic piece flew off the thong and injured her eye.
The Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit calls the underwear "defective." Pattersons lawyer claims a "design problem" caused the trim to come loose.
She says the metallic piece damaged her cornea and will be "affecting her for the rest of her life." Patterson is a traffic officer with LAs Department of Transportation.
Court documents show the complaint is for more than 25-thousand dollars in money damages.
