Dubois Co. Murder Sentence

A Jasper man was sentenced to 55 years in prison for the 2006 murder of his wife.
Back in May, Jasper police say Jose Juarez stabbed his wife, 25-year old Jodie Juarez, several times with a kitchen knife.
   Family members told FOX 7 the couple had problems and Jodie wanted to leave him.
   Police say the couple's two young children witnessed the murder.
     Juarez was transferred into the custody of the Indiana Department of Corrections.
