Vectren Adds Outage Section to Its Web Page

Vectren has upgraded its website to keep customers more informed during power outages.
The utility now has a section called the "Outage Center" on the main page.
It will estimate how many people are without power at the time.
It also has a map split up into regions that shows you the number of customers who don't have electricity in your area.

I asked this earlier and I don't see the post. If your power is out how can you get on your computer to check the areas?? No cell phone - just like big companies to think up something a person can't use when they need it. :)
