Taping Schedules
Taping dates were determined by the producers (Local 7 WTVW & Oakland City University). 10-27-12, 11-17-12, 12-15-12, 1-26-13, 2-23-13
Show tapings are scheduled at approximately 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm. Actual starting times may vary based on variables beyond the producers control, i.e. technical difficulties.
A member of the production team will contact you at the beginning of the season to schedule your taping date.
Pre-Taping Preparation
In advance of the taping date, please furnish the producers with the following: Names and grade of each of the four (4) team members and the alternate, Name(s) of the coach(es), Name of the school mascot.
All team members and coaches will be required to sign release forms. Release forms will be collected during regisration at Oakland City University the day of your taping.
Team members, including the alternate, are encouraged to look sharp for their appearance. School uniforms or similarly coordinated attire are acceptable. Please avoid wearing commercial logos unless they are part of a uniform and please avoid wearing solid white since it doesn't televise well.
While we will generally tape shows in the order scheduled, if a team is late or fails to appear, the producers may choose to tape a match between two teams who are present.
The producers welcome the families and friends of participating teams to be present during their team's taping and encourage them to cheer their team on to victory. Oakland City University invites you to see their campus and student ambassadors will be on hand to answer questions and conduct group tours.
